In September, Xplore announced the acquisition of f6networks. Today, we’re sending out a reminder that on December 31, 2020, f6 customers will formally become customers of Xplornet Enterprise Solutions.

For now, keep enjoying your business service as usual! No changes to your existing contracts, service orders or provided services are being made at this time. Billing Information

You will continue to receive the same reliable service and support provided by our 24/7 Network Operation Centre with no change to your existing agreement. In transitioning to an Xplore Business customer, you can expect to see the following:

  • A new invoice with your monthly account details.
  • No changes to your billing period or existing agreement.

In order to avoid service interruption, you will need to provide updated payment information:

  • Payments made by cheque should be payable to Xplore Inc, and mailed to:

  • To set up an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), please contact Billing@business.xplore.ca for banking information.
